You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

AI-generated content provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them for client-facing decisions. Neptune Wealth AI is a tool to assist advisors, not a replacement for professional judgment.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to other workspaces, circumventing security controls, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the Service's operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptune Wealth AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
